Directions for Class on May 4th 2011

1.)  Reminder:  You should be sitting at the computer that matches your seat number for class.  There is a seating chart with numbers at the front of the room if you forgot your seat number.

2).  Once you are in Microsoft Word, you need to set up the formatting for your paper using the directions below.
  • Set the font to TIMES NEW ROMAN 12 pt.
  • Set up double spacing for your paper.
  • First, click the paragraph tab near the top, middle of the Microsoft Word Screen.
  • Once you open that tab, choose double for line spacing and make sure the before and after are set to 0 pt.

  • In the top, left corner, Use the following heading for your paper:  

3. Once your paper is typed, proofread it for typing errors.

4. Print one copy of your paper, and place it the area designated by Mrs. Wolf.


*If you don't finish typing, post it to Edmodo, as the final copy is due on Monday.
